2019 CSM

This lively red blend has something for everyone. Every sweeter, fruit note is countered by a savory note. First the fruit - black cherry, sour cherry, red plum, and cassis all play nicely together. They're complemented by a fresh fennel, bay leaf, and tarragon herbal note, and just the perfect amount of forest floor. Some new oak aging offers vanilla, cinnamon stick, and just a hint of smoky espresso bean. The tannins are velvety, and this finishes on a fresh and lifted green pepper note. 
 
What does CSM stand for, anyway? 'Can't Stop Me' from drinking more of this?!  Great on its own, or with any sort of grilled meat or mushroom-based dish.
