Set on a breathtaking 315-acre winery estate with over 100 acres of vineyards, this 1,400 sq. ft., two-bedroom, one-bathroom farmhouse has been recently remodeled with brand-new furnishings and professionally designed décor. The home sits in near the center of the estate, surrounded by rolling vineyards and countryside on all sides, offering privacy and truly immersive wine country views.
RANCHO VICTORIA VINEYARD FARMHOUSE
Located behind the private gates of Rancho Victoria Vineyard & Winery our farmhouse is surrounded by rolling hills and lush vineyards. It blends rustic character with modern comforts. Inside, you’ll find all new designer furnishings, stylish touches throughout, and a professionally decorated interior that creates both comfort and elegance.
THE SPACE:
Bedroom One: King-size bed with plush linens, two nightstands, a cozy sitting area, and horse views.
Bedroom Two: Queen-size bed with adjoining bathroom, two nightstands, a dresser, and vineyard views.
The farmhouse also features a fully equipped kitchen with a coffee bar stocked with a Ninja coffee maker and a board game station for cozy evenings in.
Outdoors, fire up the BBQ grill and gather around the large seating area with a fire pit- the perfect spot for sunset dinners, stargazing, or sipping a glass of wine under the night sky. Or simply relax on the vintage front porch bench while taking in the sweeping vineyard views.
The Rancho Victoria Tasting Room is located conveniently at the front of the property, while the farmhouse is set a half a mile down the road, behind private gated access- giving guests the perfect blend of convenience and seclusion. Each stay also includes complimentary wine tasting for four.

OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
Maximum occupancy is 4 guests. For everyone’s comfort and safety, only registered guests are permitted on the property. Please note that parties and large gatherings are not allowed.
Neighboring wedding venue: Our neighbors host weddings and celebrations nearby. If you’re attending an event, our location is wonderfully convenient. If you prefer a completely quiet stay, feel free to reach out in advance- we’re happy to share scheduled event dates so you can plan accordingly.
This is a working, family-owned winery ranch spanning 315 acres. My husband and son tend to the vineyards, and you may occasionally see them working on the property.
Although this is a single-story home, there are multiple stairs leading into the farmhouse, so it may not be ideal for guests with walkers or mobility concerns.
